March 01st, 2007: Improved Checkout - TriniHits.com has upgraded its checkout process to reduce the number of steps involved to complete the purchase. 
We have also created a new email confirmation message with additional purchase information sent to customers after a purchase is made. 

IMPORTANT: Your credit card statement may show the charges for your TriniHits.com purchase as being from RETROFITUSA.  Retrofit USA and TriniHits.com are members of the Gillette Group of Companies. 

Having difficulty accessing your download links? Read this:

To access  the "download links" of the music you have purchased, click on "MY DOWNLOADS" at top right of this website.

If your downloads are not present, please check back in 5 to 10 minutes after and see if they are available then.

If after waiting a while your download links are still not available, please contact us via the contact form on this site. Please also confirm that you have received email from TriniHits.com confirming that your order was successfully processed. We will do all we can to provide you with access to your files.

Due to the large number of visitors at the site, the response time for support for non-accessible downloads may be anywhere between 1 to 3 hours on Mon to Fri, during day-time and prime-time (EST) and up to 8 hours on late-nights and weekends (also based on Eastern Standard Time)

If you are able to see your download links in the MY DOWNLOADS page, however the links are not accessible / broken - Please try the following.

LOG OUT by clicking the log out link usually at top right of  most pages of the site and then try log in once again and check the MY DOWNLOADS page

Try to avoid using DOWNLOAD MANAGERS to access your links.  

Try using either Internet Explorer 6 / 7 or FireFox to access the links.

- MAC USERS:  It is possible that when you access your download links the files are saved with a .HTML extension.  
Rename the file to use the .mp3 extension and see if it works. (NB: The .mp3 might already be part of the file name, just delete the .html part.)
